We are planning an end-of-the year program for the Pre-K class, combined with the Toddler class. We have chosen Sunday, June 7th as a tentative date; We need your help to get this program underway! We need to know by our April 7th class, if you and your child will be at Balavihar on Sunday, June 7th, so we can get our budding stars ready for the special year end program. More details will follow once we know how many children will be in attendance. Please let us know if you will be away on vacation or will not be available on this date.

- We finished making our booklet on Lord Shiva.
Comments:
- We had a few sleepyheads in the morning (thanks to the time change) but as soon as Mamtha Aunty announced that the sleepyheads will be called to lead the class, we had an almost whole class of sleepyheads!!
- The entire class came up to the front for the Bhajans again and you can see that they love to perform in front of the camera :-) (Teachers...don't forget the camera next time!! We just used a cellphone this time!)
- We had a very pleasant surprise when it came to Geeta Chanting time. Nearly seven of them including Rishi Raghav, Ananth, Anushka, Sarvesh, Ashwin, and Shashi have the 2 Shlokas taught in class memorized and some of them have done even more! Way to Go parents!! We spent more time today practising the first 2 shlokas and learning the 3rd. Please don't forget to register them - it is very simple and can be done online in just 2 minutes.
- We finished our Shiva booklet today by gluing the Trishul, the third eye, the crescent moon and the Damaru next to Shiva.
- We were glad to have Padma Aunty back in class today to help after a short break.
- Next class will be Sunday, 15th March.
