Comments:
- We brought three children at a time to the front to lead the prayers - everyone got a turn. We will probably allocate 1 or 2 Shlokas for each group to recite in front of Swamiji next week. Please practice them with the children.
- We then practiced all the Bhajans.
- We practiced the dance steps for the Ekadantaya song for a few minutes but it was very difficult since Mamatha Aunty was not available today.
- We had fun and exercise playing the Ganeshah Vadati game and learnt the four words again.
- We practiced our Geeta in earnest focusing on the pronunciation.
- Jeevan Uncle read to them from the Balavihar magazine about the beautiful Meenakshi temple in Madurai and Jayashree Aunty ended up telling the story of the marriage between Meenakshi and Sundareshwarar.
Reminders:
- Please let us know your child's availability for June 12th.
- Also practice the Shlokas and Bhajans with the children and remember to bring the charts back for more stickers.
